what is required to set up a mobile catering trailer ( burgers,sandwiches etc ) in the uk . do you need some kind of licence and how do you get a pitch ? many thanks.

A certificate of hygiene for starters,plus a least one person
who has passed it.Also your trailer has to get a pass
to see if it is suitable for the use it is intended for.UK
Reply:Trading licence, hygiene certificate, MOT etc for the van, place to park with permission... Go to the job centre for advice or the CAB.
