Have you had any problems with T-mobile?

I am wondering, becuase have had untold amount of problems with T-mobile.


I originally took out a U-fix plan with T-mobile back in Sep 2005.


I upgraded with them the following year and thbey then ripped me off with an upgrade I was due for 12 months following.


I paid over over £300 to come away from them, seeing as my bills were coming to £104 a month or around that.


Then, randomly, they sent me out a sim only sim card and billed me £24 a month for this and I did not request this sim!


I gave a 30days notice to have this cancelled and even paid the £24 for it!


They have kept on billing me and won't end it no matter how much I try!


I am now forced to take the puk code, which is the ONLY guranteed way of endiong the connection for this hunk of schit network!


Why would I want two T-mobile connections when I have an o2 discount on my contract??!!


Anyone with T-mobile, or have used T-mobile - tell me about your bad experience(s).

Have you had any problems with T-mobile?
No end of problems with t-mobile and will never use them again, I use O2 now and have done for the last 3 years
Reply:Sounds like a bad experience - I'd persevere with their call centre - I've been with them a while, and I've never had any trouble. Their call-centre appears to be in Wales (judging by the accents of the operators) and they have always been extremely helpful and done what I've asked.





That said, I have found a website (listed below) where other users have vented their concerns with the network.

I have never had any trouble with my contract account with them.

Reply:I have been with T-Mobile and have to say I really enjoy their service. I use a BlackBerry and, for the most part, it has been a great experience. Of course there are issues, but every carrier has them.





I am sorry to hear of your bad experience. That truly is terrible.
