Because I have cingular and my boyfriend who is in Korea calls me a lot there and it cost a lot with them collect calls... I have cingular and I was thinking about talking him into getting cingular maybe we could do mobile to mobile with eachother? But I don't know if you can so I want to make sure if you can before I talk him into getting cingular. So can you do mobile to mobile from one country to another?

To save some $$$ do this.
get the international calling plan and then call him on a landline or esta blished Korean number. you will pay the monthly charge. under $5. then you will pay airtime, your minutes, and like .20 cent a minute.
ex Vz employee and familiar with this practice.
