Over 2 years ago I took out a 12 month contract with T-mobile a flex 15 pound. At the end of the contract septemebr 06 i rang up to cancell it, they informed me that if i didnt want to up grade then i could have 50 free minutes and 25 text messages every month for 12months after that my contract would be cancelled. I have opened my post today from T-Mobile to find a £45.00 phone bill, as they have carried on my contract since Septemeber 07 without my permission it!!! can anybody help???

i've had similar problems, if you phone up and explain the situation, they should sort it out and give you a refund. you might have to keep ringing them a lot though untill they send you a refund.
Reply:call them and tell them you cancelled,they will have a record on their system of your call when you rang up. make sure they don't twist your words,and be sure you know exact dates etc as to when you called and when your contract would end.
