Does anyone know how to gsm unlock a t-mobile razr for free. I know that there are many websites that try to sell codes for this but i am wondering if there is an easier way. I tried contacting t-mobile but they will not help me because i am a new customer.

I'm not sure how to get the code for free, but there's moto rar v3 unlocking programs that you can buy on eBay (from $3.89 up to $20 from what I see); i see quite a few that send you a zip file with the program, and guarantee it to work-if u use eBay, u can type in unlock motorola v3 in the search box to see what's available--and some of them, even the cheapy cheap ones, come with games, wallpaper and software updates for your razr (u download by using the usb cable that came with the phone, by plugging it into a computer's usb port)
other than that, if you're trying to unlock it from at%26amp;t or other previous provider, u can try calling them and telling them u need it unlocked from their network to travel abroad
Reply:Go to the site below. They offer low price software that you use with your motorola phone to generate an unlocking code. used it with my v3 razr and it works fine, and is simple to use. Dosen't need a usb lead as well. See what you think!
