FlexPay is prepaid. Yes - you can do it - buy the phone and then go to T-Mo or a prepaid AT%26amp;T plan (voice). I assume you want to use just voice?





If you want data and email then T-Mo is the way to go.
Reply:Go into a T-mobile shop and they will be able to answer all your questions. It worked for me.
