My T-Mobile account help please - buying extra messages etc?

I've tried asking customer services but they just seem to useless!


Basically I accidentally bought £10 worth of texts to add onto my T-Mobile account. I was expecting to have to give card details but I guess it just got added to the bill.


Firstly I need to cancel this, do I have to be the account holder?


I also need to buy some overseas messages, do I need to do this after my next billing date or does it not matter?


Also how do you register a card on T-Mobile, do you have to be the account holder?


Finally, is there anyway possible at all to cancel a contract? (I have this for 18 months and I didn't think it would be so rubbish!!)

Call them u will need the main account holders Social security # also ....you mite have to pay to cancel your account. Goodluck!
