Unlock US T-Mobile to accept Uk T-Mobile SIM?

I have 3 T-Mobile phones from the US and we just came to the UK and the new SIM cards dont work on US phones! I phoned T-Mobile here and they said they didnt have the codes. I emailed T-Mobile in the US and they said they cannot give me the codes :(


We have a Nokia 6010, a Motorola Razor V3, and a Samsung X495. If anyone can help please do. I have to stay together with my kids until we get the mobiles working and I want away from them to shop alone! Thanks!!!

i can help u ... first the nokia... go to altavista.com and type free nokia unlock er... just follow the steps and u can unlocked without paying a dime, no usb needed





razor v3 go to utorrent.com and and search (unlock Motorola v3) download the software for free and follow the instructions and u will have it unlock.. need usb





and samsung x495 i haven't seen anything free for that one but i know that if u pay 15dls u can unlocked

Reply:Why won't T-Mobile give u the codes? As long as u have a current Tmobile US account, the phones were purchased over 90 days ago, and you have not requested 'sim subsidy unlock codes' recently, there should be no problem requesting the codes. If this isn't the case, try to call 1-505-998-3793. It is the roaming number for when tmobile customers are outside the country. This way, u can speak to a live rep but u will want to use a calling card or something because it is only free when calling from a tmobile US line. Hope this helps a little!
