when my mobile connect through usb cable to computor in my computer option it is not showing as a drive and a removable storage.But in device manager it showing the mobile manufacturare name.what may be the cause .help me and how can i reappear it in my computer menu.

Read the documentation for the phone. Not all phones support file transfer as a flash drive. Not all phones support file transfer at all.
Reply:It depends on the phone. Example: For my Motorola Razr I have the program Motorola Phone Tools. Even though my computer knows what it is without software it can only transfer files using the software.
