I think its called "Synce" or "Sync" (dont know the spelling)
I'm pretty sure its Samsung.
Reply:i think your talking about Mtv you press # M T V and they let u listen to ringtones and when you find one you like u give them i think what u said or i think maybe it's a number and they send you the ringtone.
